Sattvic diet plan is an ayurvedic diet plan which is based on the food with three yogic qualities of food

Sattvic:- is the highest quality of food which gives you the positive energy within you. It is intended to cultivate a calm, clear and compassionate mind as well as physical wellness. This is also based on Pranic Diet which gives you energy. This is a vegetarian diet still this diet eliminates the intake of Garlic Onion Hing chilli family, tea & coffee as they contain the negative prana, so it is also considered as Tamasic and Rajasic. Sattvic diet eliminates all kind of tamasic & rajasic quality food as they take away the positive energy from you.

Rajasic:- Qualities are like Selfish desire, Passion, violence, impulsiveness, intense mind, restlessness, anger, stress, it creates aggression, competition and is bound to materialistic world.

Tamasic :- means laziness, ego, mental & physical dullness, inertia, lethargy, slowness, ignorance etc.

Sattvic diet is Considered as “Taking food with emotion, love & care.” Nowadays there is seen too much cruelty in dairy industry . Lot of hormones & antibiotic injections are given to the cows. So, this type of milk is not considered as “Sattvic Food.” If there is any cow who is born & brought up with a family care in a natural environment, giving birth to her child naturally, eating natural food, Only that type of milk should be considered as a Sattvic food.
