Body weight usually is measured as per age, height, and physical structure. Excessive body weight which surpasses the prescribed standard of weight is harmful to the man/woman. these excessive weight or obesity produces several diseases, so weight loss program is planned through balance diet and exercises.

Root Cause of Obesity :–

  • Eating too much.
  • Less physical activity.
  • Hormonal Imbalance etc.

You may develop :–

  • High blood pressure.
  • High cholesterol.
  • Type 2 diabetes.
  • Heart disease.
  • Mood disorder.
  • Reproductive problems etc.

Weight gain

Inadequate body weight as per age, height and structure is not good at all. Overweight & underweight both indicate you as an unhealthy body. To have a low body weight which indicates lack of nutrition in body. This condition also requires proper diet.

Root Cause of Underweight :–

  • Low intake of food.
  • Underlying disease.
  • Stress or depression.
  • If you are a night bird. etc.

You may face :–

  • Low Blood pressure.
  • Anaemia.
  • Fatigue.
  • decreased muscle strength.
  • Mood disorder etc.
