Cancellation Policy

We, at Nutri Kutir, understand that at times a client may miss an appointment booked or need to reschedule due to emergencies or obligations towards work or families, for which we have implemented some policies so that our clients can be at ease.

Important Notice : We do not provide any kind of refunds.

  • If it is absolutely necessary to cancel an appointment, the client must inform us 24 hours before the appointment time. This is so that we can try to allot the slot to another client in need.
  • To reschedule an appointment, the client must inform us 24 hours before the appointment time and mention their preffered date and time for the next appointment. We will try to accommodate accordingly but please notice, rescheduling of appointments lies at the discretion of Nutri Kutir according to availability.
  • If a client is late for 20 minutes or more for an appointment, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
  • Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of the nutritionist/client relationship.
